This product reliably discharges ground meat from the dedicated meat chopper TC-093 onto a conveyor, where it is cut to a fixed size and placed into trays for supply. By combining the flaker mixer grinder with a vertical conveyor, a fully automated line from block meat to tray packing of ground meat is achieved. With well-structured ground meat, this leads to improved product quality and enhanced image.
